Halloween Costume Ideas

Talking to lots of people like my readers and my friends, a lot of people seem to want to be their favorite girly movie character this year for Halloween. I am totally the same way, I want to dress up but still look cute! I put together these two costumes of my all time favorite girly movie characters; Cher Horowitz and Regina George.
