Coachella 2015 Style
As well as being the first major music festival of the season, Coachella is one of the biggest events of the year. My Instagram and Twitter have been blowing up for the past weeks with Coachella related posts that I have been living vicariously through. Everyone from the Jenner sisters to Haim to Beyoncé have been vocal on social media about how amazing and fun the festival was this year. Besides amazing musical performances, the annual music festival offers us something else; style inspiration.
Coachella sets the standard for the following music festivals of the season. The attendees are always decked out in the latest festival trends providing fashion guidance for the rest of us. Nothing quite says classic Coachella style like crop tops, jean shorts and flower crowns. This year, new trends emerged at the festivals such as flash tattoos and big floppy hats that got incorporated into the classic festival look. I loved the flash tattoos that I was seeing in many pictures. I think they are such a cute yet effortless festival accessory.
This year some of my favorite celebrity looks were the Hilton sisters, Katy Perry, Kendall Jenner and Alexa Chung. There seemed to be a lot of white and floral among all the different celebrities who were in attendance. A who looked fashionable throughout the festival was musician Cody Simpson and his model girlfriend Gigi Hadid. They coordinated colors and styles which resulted in total style envy. Hillary Duff had a more casual and laid vibe look but she still looked perfect and Coachella ready. I would love to hear about your favorite Coachella styles from this year!
