"Fight Song": The Song of the Summer

    

Singer-songwriter Rachel Platten has been receiving a lot of buzz for her single "Fight Song". The song has made the iTunes charts, has been dominating the radio and has even received the approval of Taylor Swift who brough Rachel along on the Philly stop of the 1989 World Tour to perform "Fight Song".

     "Fight Song" totally deserves all the attention it has been receiving. The song is about Rachel overcoming her struggles and coming out a warrior. A lot of people have had similar feelings and lived through similar experiences, so part of what makes "Fight Song" amazing is how relatable it is.

     As it climbs up the Billboard charts, "Fight Song" has guaranteed a spot as the song of the summer. It is catchy, it has a good beat and most importantly it has a good message.
