Glossier Review

I was intrigued when my Instagram feed was being flooded with '#Glossier'. Everyone from my friends to Karlie Kloss were gushing about the new skincare line, so naturally I wanted to try it for myself and see what all of this hype was about. Glossier was started at the end of last year by Into the Gloss's Emily Weiss. I am a big fan of Into The Gloss so I was really excited to try their skincare line. The idea behind Glossier is skincare as makeup.  Everything about Glossier's products is very minimalistic which I like a lot. All of the products come in plain packaging (unless you decorate with your Glossier stickers) and all of the products are unscented.

The Phase 1 Set, which I tried, comes with four skincare essentials (all packaged in a cute pink box). The set comes with the Soothing Face Mist, Priming Moisturizer, Balm Dotcom and Perfecting Skin Tint. Before this set, I was an avid user of skincare products, but I have been using my Glossier everyday. Glossier is so perfect for a natural and healthy look and I find it perfect for school and days when I am in a rush but want to look presentable. I like the Perfecting Skin Tint, because while it is just a tint, the minimum coverage reduces redness and still looks natural like you're not wearing makeup. The Balm Dotcom is probably my favorite product out of the set. Besides the adorable name, this balm does a great job moisturizing whether you have dry cuticles or chapped lips.

You can purchase all of the products individually or as the set on Glossier's website. All of these products are so amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. After loving the Phase 1 Set so much, I am eager to try Glossier's 2 face masks too!
